Order Confirmation
When you submit an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment that we received your order — it is not an acceptance or guarantee of fulfillment. A contract of sale is formed only when your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed for shipment.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions to your state, or orders placed in bad faith. If we cancel your order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Errors
Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, changes may not be possible. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price you see at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged for the product. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit your order.
Taxes
We collect applicable sales tax in states where we are legally required to do so based on our sales tax nexus. Tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates. You are responsible for any additional use taxes or agricultural input taxes required by your state that we do not collect at point of sale.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment through our secure Shopify checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logo, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any additional payment options displayed at checkout. Discounts & Promotional Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are applied at checkout and are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders and are not transferable for cash.
Security Notice: All payment data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. Rdy2Gro Soil Systems will never ask for your payment credentials via email, phone, or live chat. If you receive such a request, please report it to us immediately at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia, subject to state-specific restrictions detailed in Section 9 below and on our Shipping Policy page. We do not offer international shipping and do not ship to U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes at this time.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time), excluding federal holidays. We aim to process and hand off orders to our carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers at our discretion based on your location, order size, and product type. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Rdy2Gro Soil Systems is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier system outages, or other events beyond our control. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of damage before discarding anything. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, where warranted, issue a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Certain products — particularly organic worm castings — are living biological material. Prolonged transit in extreme temperatures may affect product quality. We use appropriate packaging to minimize temperature exposure; however, we recommend selecting faster shipping methods during extreme weather seasons. Eligible Returns
Non-perishable, unused items (such as trellises, planters, shade cloths, and garden beds) in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
Organic worm castings and other perishable or opened soil amendment products are non-returnable due to the biological nature of the product and applicable agricultural regulations. If your worm castings arrived damaged, leaked significantly during transit, or appear materially different from the product description, contact us immediately with photos and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item (where eligible) and place a new order for the replacement product.

Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped by contacting us immediately at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com or +1 (386) 385-8474. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already been picked, packed, or handed to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy (where the product is eligible). We cannot intercept packages in transit.
Pre-Order or Backordered Items: If you ordered a product that is backordered or on pre-order status, you may cancel at any time before the item ships. Contact us and we will process a full refund.

USDA & NOP Standards
Our organic worm castings are marketed as an organic soil amendment. We comply with applicable standards for organic input materials. AAPFCO Guidelines

TSCA & EPA Compliance
Our products are not chemical substances subject to reporting under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Worm castings are biological, organic material and are not classified as hazardous chemicals under EPA regulations. USDA APHIS Agricultural Shipping Rules
Shipment of agricultural materials across state lines is governed in part by USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) regulations.
