You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, and set preferences for specific websites. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent our checkout from functioning correctly.

For a complete list of cookies used on our site, their providers, durations, and opt-out instructions, please visit our full Cookie Policy.

Marketing & Communications

Email & Marketing Communications

We send two types of email communications: transactional emails and marketing emails. These are governed by the federal CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §7701 et seq.) and, where applicable, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Transactional Emails

Sent automatically as part of your order. These include order confirmation, payment receipt, shipping notification, delivery confirmation, and return/refund updates.

Cannot be opted out of — these are required to fulfill your order and are not promotional in nature. You will always receive these if you have an active order with us.

Marketing Emails

Promotional content such as product announcements, seasonal sales, gardening tips, and discount offers. These are sent only if you have opted in — at checkout, via our newsletter sign-up, or through another explicit consent mechanism.

You may opt out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, emailing contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com, or calling +1 (386) 385-8474. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days as required by law.

CAN-SPAM Compliance: Every marketing email we send clearly identifies Rdy2Gro Soil Systems as the sender, uses an honest subject line, includes our physical mailing address (1 South Blvd E #1322, Davenport, FL 33837), and contains a clear, functional one-click unsubscribe mechanism. We do not use deceptive headers or misleading subject lines.

SMS/Text Messages: We do not send promotional text messages unless you have provided explicit written consent through a TCPA-compliant opt-in process. If you have consented to SMS, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out immediately. Message and data rates may apply.

Certain data may be retained in an anonymized, non-identifiable form after deletion.

COPPA Compliance

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §6501 et seq., we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from any person under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. Our products — garden supplies, soil amendments, planters, trellises, and shade cloths — are intended for adult gardeners and horticulture professionals, not minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to our website without your knowledge or consent, please contact us immediately at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com or call us at +1 (386) 385-8474. We will investigate and delete any such information from our records promptly.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 are permitted to browse our website, but all purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian using an adult's payment method and shipping address.

Security Measures

How We Protect Your Data

We take the protection of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Below is a transparent account of what those measures are:

SSL/TLS Encryption

All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar at rdy2grosoilsystems.com.

PCI DSS Compliance

Payment card data is processed exclusively by Shopify Payments and third-party payment processors certified at PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security. We never see or store your raw card number or CVV.

Secure Hosting Infrastructure

Our store is hosted on Shopify's cloud infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and enterprise-grade physical and network security controls across its global data centers.

Access Controls

Access to customer data within our Shopify admin is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Passwords for admin accounts are subject to strong password policies and multi-factor authentication where available.

Limitation of Liability for Security Incidents: While we implement industry-standard security measures, no online store or data transmission system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable state breach notification laws (including Florida's Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. §501.171, and applicable laws in your state of residence) within the legally required timeframe.
