Accessibility Statement
Inclusive Access.
For Every Grower.
Rdy2Gro Soil Systems is committed to ensuring that every person who visits our website can browse, shop, and connect with us without barriers — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.
Our Commitment
What This Statement Covers
This Accessibility Statement applies to the Rdy2Gro Soil Systems website located at rdy2grosoilsystems.com, owned and operated by RDY2G Solutions LLC (EIN: 39-3572180), a Florida-registered limited liability company headquartered at 1 South Blvd E #1322, Davenport, FL 33837, United States. It covers all publicly accessible pages, product listings, policy pages, and customer service tools available on our Shopify storefront.
We believe that every customer — whether they use a keyboard, screen reader, voice control software, magnification tool, or any other assistive technology — deserves full, equal access to our online store. We take our accessibility obligations seriously under applicable United States federal and state law, and we work continuously to improve the experience for all users.
This statement was last reviewed and updated in 2025. We review and revise it at least annually or whenever significant changes are made to our website.
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website, please contact us directly at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com or call +1 (386) 385-8474. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need in an accessible format.
Legal Framework
Applicable U.S. Laws & Standards
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following federal laws, regulations, and technical standards that apply to digital commerce in the United States.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Title III of the ADA requires places of public accommodation — including online retailers — to provide equal access to goods and services for individuals with disabilities. We design our website to meet ADA obligations as interpreted by U.S. courts and the Department of Justice.
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
While Section 508 directly applies to federal agencies, it defines WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the minimum technical standard for accessible digital content in the United States. We voluntarily align our website with Section 508's technical requirements as best practice.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. We use WCAG 2.1 AA as our primary technical conformance target for all pages and content on this site.
California Unruh Civil Rights Act
California's Unruh Civil Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 51) guarantees full and equal accommodations in business establishments, including websites, for all persons regardless of disability. We extend our accessibility commitment to customers in California and all other U.S. states.
Florida Accessibility Requirements
As a Florida-based business registered with the Florida Division of Corporations, we comply with Florida's accessibility expectations for businesses open to the public, including the Florida Civil Human Rights Act (Fla. Stat. § 760.08), which prohibits discrimination based on disability.
FTC & Consumer Protection Standards
We follow the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on fair and transparent online commerce, ensuring that all consumers — including those who rely on assistive technology — can access product information, pricing, policies, and customer service on equal terms.
Conformance Status
Our Current Accessibility Conformance Level
Rdy2Gro Soil Systems is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of our website do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We have identified these areas and are actively working to address them as part of our ongoing improvement program.
Our Shopify storefront uses Shopify's built-in accessibility features, including semantic HTML, ARIA landmark regions, keyboard-navigable menus, and accessible checkout flows provided by Shopify's platform. We supplement these with additional testing and remediation on our custom pages.
| WCAG 2.1 Principle | What It Means | Our Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Perceivable | Information and UI components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive. | In Progress | All product images include alt text. We are auditing third-party embedded content for missing text alternatives. |
| Operable | UI components and navigation must be operable by all users. | Substantially Met | All pages are keyboard navigable. Skip-to-content links are present. No keyboard traps exist on any page. |
| Understandable | Information and the operation of the UI must be understandable. | Substantially Met | Pages use plain language, clear labels on all form fields, and consistent navigation. Language is declared in HTML. |
| Robust | Content must be robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies. | In Progress | We use valid, semantic HTML. ARIA roles and properties are applied to interactive components. We continue testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. |
| Color Contrast (1.4.3) | Text must have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. | Substantially Met | Our primary green (#2E7D4F on white) meets the 4.5:1 ratio for normal text. We conduct periodic contrast audits on all new content. |
| Resize Text (1.4.4) | Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. | Compliant | Our layout uses responsive units (rem, em, %) that support browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling. |
| Focus Visible (2.4.7) | Any keyboard-operable interface must have a visible focus indicator. | Compliant | Focus outlines are visible on all interactive elements, including links, buttons, and form inputs. |
| Forms & Error Identification (3.3) | If an input error is automatically detected, the item in error is identified and described in text. | Substantially Met | Shopify's native checkout form validation provides clear error messages. All custom forms on our policy pages follow the same pattern. |
Known Limitations
Areas We Are Actively Improving
Transparency is important to us. Below we disclose specific accessibility limitations we have identified and the steps we are taking to resolve them.
Some product images sourced from supplier data feeds may arrive with missing or auto-generated alternative text that does not accurately describe the image. We are reviewing and manually correcting all product image alt text on a rolling basis. Priority is given to our highest-traffic product pages, including our organic worm castings, garden beds, and planters.
Workaround: If you need a full verbal description of any product, please contact us at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com and we will provide a detailed written description by email.
We embed a Google Map on this page to display our business location in Davenport, Florida. Google Maps is a third-party service and may not meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria — in particular, some screen readers may have limited interaction with the embedded map interface.
Workaround: Our full business address is provided in text form on this page: 1 South Blvd E #1322, Davenport, FL 33837. You may enter this address directly into your preferred accessible mapping application such as Apple Maps, Google Maps app, or via your GPS device. You can also reach us by phone at +1 (386) 385-8474 for directions assistance.
Our store uses third-party Shopify apps for functions such as order tracking (ParcelPanel). These third-party tools operate their own front-end code and may not be fully accessible. We have notified our third-party vendors of our accessibility expectations and request that they maintain WCAG 2.1 AA compliance in their components.
Workaround: For order tracking assistance, please contact us directly at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com or call +1 (386) 385-8474 and we will provide your order status by phone or email.
While our website is fully responsive and tested on iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack, there may be edge cases where complex page interactions — such as variant selector dropdowns on product pages — do not announce state changes correctly on all mobile screen reader combinations.
Workaround: If you encounter difficulty adding a product to your cart on mobile, you may complete your order by phone during business hours or by emailing us with your order details. We will manually process your order and send you a secure payment link.

| JAWS (latest version) | Google Chrome | Windows 10 / 11 | Supported |
| VoiceOver | Safari | macOS 13+ / iOS 16+ | Supported |
| TalkBack | Google Chrome | Android 12+ | Partially Supported |
| Keyboard-Only Navigation | All major browsers | Windows, macOS | Supported |

| High Contrast Mode | Microsoft Edge | Windows 10 / 11 | Supported |

We log all accessibility issues and prioritize them based on severity and frequency of impact.

No customer should ever need to choose a different store because of an accessibility failure on our part.
Testing & Improvement
How We Test and Improve Accessibility
Accessibility at Rdy2Gro Soil Systems is not a one-time effort. We follow an ongoing cycle of testing, feedback, and remediation.
Automated Scanning
We use automated accessibility scanning tools to audit every page of our website for WCAG 2.1 Level AA violations on a regular basis. Automated scans help us catch structural issues such as missing alt text, incorrect heading hierarchies, and low-contrast text.
Manual Keyboard Testing
Our team manually tests all navigation paths, product pages, and checkout flows using only a keyboard, without a mouse. We verify that all interactive elements are reachable in logical tab order and that no keyboard traps exist on any page.
Screen Reader Testing
We conduct manual testing with NVDA and JAWS on Windows, and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. This testing covers product pages, the shopping cart, checkout, and all custom policy pages including this one.
User Feedback Integration
We treat every accessibility complaint received through our feedback form, email, or phone as a formal bug report. Issues are logged, prioritized by severity, and assigned for remediation. We close the loop with the customer who reported the issue when it is resolved.
Annual Statement Review
This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated at least once per year, or sooner if we make significant changes to the website's structure, design, or third-party integrations. The review date is recorded at the top of this statement.
Platform Updates
We stay current with Shopify's platform accessibility improvements. When Shopify releases updates that improve ARIA support, keyboard navigation, or screen reader compatibility, we apply those updates to our theme promptly.
