How We Ship Your Order
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through rdy2grosoilsystems.com and operated by RDY2G Solutions LLC, trading as Rdy2Gro Soil Systems. It explains exactly how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered — including all applicable timeframes, costs, carrier information, and state-level restrictions. Please read this policy in full before placing your order.
We sell and ship garden supplies including organic worm castings, trellises, planters, shade cloths, and garden beds exclusively to customers located within the contiguous 48 United States plus Alaska and Hawaii, subject to any state-level restrictions described further below. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands) or to any international destination.

Shipping Coverage Area
Rdy2Gro Soil Systems ships to all 50 states of the United States of America. We are based in Davenport, Florida, and all orders are fulfilled and dispatched from within the United States. We do not ship outside the United States, and we do not currently ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
Please note that certain products — primarily organic worm castings and live or biological soil amendments — are subject to agricultural import restrictions in specific states. These restrictions are imposed by state departments of agriculture, not by us. Orders containing restricted products placed for restricted-state delivery will not be fulfilled. Please review the State-Specific Restrictions section below before ordering.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We believe shipping costs should be simple and predictable. Our shipping structure has two tiers — a free shipping option for qualifying orders and a single flat rate for smaller orders. There are no weight-based surcharges or hidden fees.
How the threshold is calculated: The $35.00 threshold is based on the pre-tax subtotal of physical items in your cart, after any applicable discount codes have been applied. Taxes and previously applied shipping fees are not counted toward the threshold. If your order total drops below $35.00 after a discount is applied, the $9.99 flat-rate fee will automatically apply.
We currently offer standard shipping only. We do not offer expedited, overnight, or express shipping options at this time. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on the best available option.
Order Processing Times
After your payment is successfully confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment. Our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding all federally recognized U.S. public holidays.
Processing includes verifying your payment, picking and packing your items, labeling your shipment, and handing off to our designated carrier. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day. For example, an order placed at 4:00 PM on a Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, standard transit time is 5 to 10 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States and the operational capacity of our carrier network at the time of shipment.
The total estimated time from order placement to delivery — assuming no delays — is 6 to 12 business days (1–2 days processing plus 5–10 days transit). This estimate is provided in good faith and applies to the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional transit time due to geographic factors and carrier routing requirements.

Important: Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, peak shipping seasons, or circumstances outside our control may extend transit times. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays once an order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please track your shipment first using the link in your dispatch email, then contact us if assistance is needed.
Order Tracking
Every order shipped from Rdy2Gro Soil Systems is tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your carrier tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to become active after your dispatch notification is sent, depending on the carrier's scanning schedule and the time at which the package entered the carrier's network. If your tracking link shows no movement after 48 hours of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. If you still cannot find it, email us at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com with your order number and we will resend your tracking details promptly.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a selection of established U.S. domestic carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier assigned to your shipment is determined at the time of dispatch based on your delivery address, package dimensions, and current carrier availability. You will be notified of the specific carrier assigned to your shipment in your dispatch email.

We do not guarantee the use of any specific carrier. We reserve the right to select the most efficient and reliable carrier available at the time of dispatch. Carrier selection does not affect the quoted delivery time estimates unless you are notified otherwise.
State-Specific Shipping Restrictions
Certain products sold by Rdy2Gro Soil Systems — particularly organic worm castings and live biological soil amendments — are classified as agricultural materials by some state departments of agriculture. As a result, these products may be subject to import restrictions, inspection requirements, or outright prohibition in specific states. These restrictions exist to protect local agricultural ecosystems and are mandated by state law, not by our business policies.
We take state agricultural regulations seriously and comply with all applicable laws. If an order is placed for a product that is restricted in the destination state, we will contact you by email to discuss alternatives. Important: It is your responsibility as the buyer to confirm that the products you are ordering are legally permissible to import into your state. By completing your purchase, you represent that you have verified that the ordered products are allowed in your destination state. We will not issue refunds for orders refused at the state border due to buyer error.
State agricultural laws are updated periodically. The information above is accurate as of the effective date of this policy and is subject to change. Shipping Issues, Delays & Lost Packages
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly and arrives safely. However, certain situations — including severe weather, carrier operational disruptions, peak shipping periods (such as the holiday season), and events beyond our control — may cause delays. We will proactively notify you by email if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package is officially marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com. We will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment or refund depending on the outcome. |
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not discard the packaging. Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. |

Incorrect Address Provided We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. |
Carrier Delays Carrier delays are outside our direct control once your order has been dispatched. We will assist you in tracking down your package and contacting the carrier on your behalf. However, we cannot issue refunds solely on the basis of a carrier delay unless the package is officially declared lost by the carrier. |

Undeliverable & Returned Packages
A package may be deemed undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier for several reasons, including an insufficient or incorrect address, a failure to pick up a package held at a carrier location, or a recipient who is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you by email at the address used during checkout. At that point, you may choose to have the order reshipped to a corrected address (subject to an additional shipping fee) or request a refund of the product cost, excluding the original shipping charge if applicable. We are unable to refund the original shipping fee on packages returned due to customer error.
Organic products such as worm castings may have limited shelf life and may not be eligible for reshipment if they have been held by a carrier for an extended period. In such cases, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.
How We Package Your Order
We take care to package each order securely to ensure it arrives in the condition it left our facility. Organic worm castings are sealed in heavy-duty bags to prevent leakage and maintain product integrity during transit. Trellises, planters, shade cloths, and garden beds are packaged to minimize movement and protect structural components from shipping stress.
We are committed to responsible packaging. Where possible, we use recyclable and minimal-waste materials. We encourage customers to recycle or reuse packaging materials after unpacking their order. Our packaging selection is guided by both product safety requirements and our commitment to environmental responsibility.
