Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Email us at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review your submission and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please do not dispose of or return the item without contacting us first for instructions.

Orders begin processing very quickly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately by email at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com or by phone at +1 (386) 385-8474 during business hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been picked, packed, or handed to the carrier. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you would need to initiate a return under our Refund Policy.

Tracking numbers are activated within 24 hours of shipment. It is normal for there to be a brief delay between when your shipping label is created and when the carrier scans your package for the first time. If your tracking link has shown no movement for more than 48 hours after your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska; however, shipments to these states are subject to USDA APHIS and state agricultural regulations governing the importation of organic soil amendments and biological materials. Additional documentation or permits may be required. Please contact us at contact@rdy2grosoilsystems.com before placing your order if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska so we can confirm availability and compliance requirements for your specific location. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories outside the 50 states.
